The FHA2008 Culinary Challenge returns once again, and professional chefs are invited to pit their culinary skills at Asia’s top culinary event.
The now famous Gourmet Team Challenge, which started at FHA in 2004, – open to teams from hotels, restaurants, culinary institutions, airlines and catering organizations, displays a cold edible buffet for 30 persons, who buy tickets to consume this fantastically beautiful serving. Teams prepare salads, seafood platters, tapas, cold appetizers and desserts, among others.
Show off your F&B team in the Dream Team Challenge; where 1 waiter, 1 bartender and 1 chef de partie prepares an F&B experience within 2 hours for 3 diners - a thoroughly impressive display of skills.
Individual Competitors have 15 classes to choose from – Patisserie Classes, Plated Display Classes, practical ice and pumpkin carving classes and the most popular classes, the Hot Cooking events.
